Locaible is a SaaS platform that enables users to deploy, configure and orchestrate private AI agents running entirely on their own machines via the Ollama runtime. Locaible provides orchestration tools, an agent marketplace and account management. All AI inference takes place locally on the user's machine.

To use Locaible, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Each subscription is tied to a limited number of devices (1 for Starter, 3 for Pro, 5 for Business). Sharing a subscription across more devices than permitted is prohibited and may result in account suspension.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for illegal, fraudulent or harmful purposes
• Reverse-engineer, decompile or copy proprietary components of Locaible
• Share your account credentials with third parties
• Circumvent device limits or access controls
• Use the service to train AI models to compete with Locaible

Locaible grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service during the subscription period. The AI models you install are subject to their respective open-source licences (Meta LLaMA, Mistral, etc.). Locaible does not claim ownership of any content you create with agents.

Locaible targets 99.5% monthly uptime for its cloud orchestration components (account management, synchronisation). Because AI inference runs locally, your agents can continue to function even during planned or unplanned downtime of our servers. We will notify users at least 48 hours in advance of planned maintenance.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Locaible's liability is limited to the amount paid for the subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim. Locaible is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.

Locaible is not responsible for the content generated by AI models (outputs depend entirely on the open-source model chosen by the user).

You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Stripe billing portal in Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Locaible may suspend or terminate your account immediately in case of material breach of these terms.

Prices are displayed inclusive of VAT on the Pricing page. Locaible reserves the right to modify prices; any change will be notified by email at least 30 days before taking effect and will apply from the next billing cycle.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Locaible never stores your credit card details. Accepted payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, SEPA Direct Debit (where available).

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You will receive a receipt by email after each payment.

New subscribers benefit from a 7-day free trial. No credit card is required during the trial. At the end of the trial, a payment method must be provided to continue. If no payment method is entered, access is automatically suspended.

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, consumers (non-professionals) have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of subscription, without providing a reason and without penalty.

EXCEPTION: By accepting these terms at checkout, you expressly request the immediate commencement of the service. If you exercise your right of withdrawal after the service has begun, you will be charged pro-rata for the days used (Article L221-25 of the Consumer Code).

Invoices are available in your Stripe billing portal (Settings → Manage on Stripe). For business customers in the EU, please provide your VAT number at checkout to apply the reverse charge mechanism. Locaible applies French VAT (20%) to all sales within France.

Outside the right of withdrawal, refunds are issued at Locaible's discretion (e.g., in case of extended service outage exceeding 24 hours). Refund requests must be sent to billing@locaible.com within 30 days of the event.

In case of dispute, please first contact us at billing@locaible.com. If no amicable resolution is reached within 60 days, consumers may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

These terms are governed by French law. Jurisdiction is the courts of [TO COMPLETE — city of registered office] for professional clients. Consumer disputes may be brought before the courts of the consumer's place of residence.
